    CDTA appears to be an unreliable company lacking any accountability. There is a lack of interest in resolves problems for customers. Recently, my mother left at an medical appointment outside a building waiting for a return ride. There was a heat advisement concerning to temperature which was over 88 degrees. My mother being over 90 years of age was left there and had no oxygen left in her tank. She was suppose to be picked up at 430pm and was told maybe that they would be there at 6pm. Her assistant called at least five times and despatch hung up on her. The company argued that they tried to reach her at her home number, which makes little sense because she was on a medical trip. I was told that their vehicle broke down. I called to make a complaint and have a return call. I have called four times and have not received a return call. There is a lack of professionalism, in correcting issues for clients and the elderly. I will make further complaints, so this doesn't happen to other elderly clients. This is unexceptable and I hope that people don't become heat casualties due to high temperatures. Supervision is very much lacking.

    Some of your drivers from CDTA Star don’t even listen nor follow directions when you give them verbally. On the morning of 10/1/24, I had a driver who took a wrong turn in order to drop me off at my workplace. He tried to defend himself by saying that was the turn that I told him to take, which was not true at all.

    Bus 87 driver Sean does not stop at the designated bus stops and falsely identified himself as a Supervisor.

    This service not dependable as pick ups are late and also the returns. I admire the Star buses but the vans are the dirtiest ever for dirt and garbage. I wish the large CDTA bus would take the place of the Star bus as they are more dependable and caring. Yankee trails small bus would also be another option for courteous service and cleanliness

    Filthiest public transportation! Urinated seats, garbage and sticky stuff on floors. The rudest drivers ever!
