      Luizzi Brothers Asphalt Services, 70 Tivoli St., Albany, NY 12207 agreed via a written contract to complete paving a portion of my home driveway for $200. I paid the $200 but the work was never performed. The contract was entered into June 15, 2023 with the understanding that the paving would be completed by Spring 2024. In addition, while Luizzi Brothers completed the paving of a substantial portion of my driveway in September 2023 at a cost of $6200, which I paid in cash (but this work did not include the portion of the driveway for which the additional $200 mentioned above was paid), the workers damaged a concrete window casing on my home. An employee documented and acknowledged the damage and promised that it would be repaired. To date, the damaged window casing has not been repaired. Luizzi Brothers has ignored my written complaint (dated May 10, 2024) requesting return of the $200 at issue and for reimbursement for or repair of the damaged window casing. Luizzi Brothers also has ignored repeated telephone calls made about these matters.

      Luizzi returned to fix a big puddling of water problem within the gateway that is used to enter the back of my property. The solution cause a new puddling of water problem that now is located in front of the gateway that is used to enter the back of my property and the surface of the newly laid asphalt has ripple/indentations that caused little puddles of water. During the Winter season, this puddling of water will freeze and make the surface dangerous to walk on.

      We have made several attempts to address and resolve all of Mr. ********* concerns. Every concern he has had, we have addressed and corrected. After each complaint is fixed, a new one seems to arrise. We will contact Mr. ******* to fix this additional concern, the puddling in front of the gate.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
      You
      paid me to fix/replace the three vinyl siding panels that your Luizzi employees
      damaged. But that is not the issue here.  Luizzi
      has not fixed the problem regarding the new puddles of water.  During the process of trying to fix the first
      problem regarding puddles of water, Luizzi’s employees applied a additional layer
      of asphalt and created indentations in the additional asphalt surface during
      the use of a Tamper machine.  These
      indentations are causing rain water to form puddles on
      the additional asphalt surface. The picture (IMG_********)
      that I have provided to you, shows you puddles of water with these Tamper indentations
      on the additional asphalt surface. During the winter cold weather these puddles
      of water will freeze, making the additional asphalt surface dangerous to walk
      on. These
      indentations made by the Luizzi’s employee(s) while using a Tamper Machine are
      a result of poor workmanship and a violation of Luizzi’s Warranty. Please honor
      your warranty and properly fix my driveway.
