After terrible communication with the Director, Charlie, I asked for a refund for the services, he did not give me a refund and started arguing, I started arguing back with him. I explained to him I want to refund because I had two lessons 4 1/2 months ago and I will not be able to pass my drivers test with two lessons that I had too long ago. we both talked it out a little bit and I decided that he can keep some of the money because I did take those two lessons. He did the math and started taking off extra cost, I should be getting back $200 and he’s trying to give me back 120 his math does not make sense Because he canceled all of our lessons and had terrible communication throughout the entire process. I’m requesting $200 even back.

This letter is in response to the student whom is claiming a refund of $295.00. The student paid for a
four-lesson package and a road test. She took 2 of those five lessons purchased. On Thursday, February
22, she had a lesson and road test scheduled with learn to Drive School. She confirmed this lesson and
road test. The day of her lesson and road test she tried to deny ever confirming her lesson and road test.
1 sent her a text of the confirmation from her. Learn to Drive School has a,24 hour cancelation policy, if
less than 24 hours is given to the school, there is a $25 cancel fee. On February 22, she simply didn't
come to her scheduled lesson and road test, and never notified the school. Once a $50 cancel fee was
brought to her attention she was not happy. She began to demand a full refund of $295. The whole
process was explained to her and'what the appropriate refund would be
    $68 x 2 lessons
    $50 cancel fee
    Refund $109
She just continued to argue and demand a full refund. She would call and text during non business hours
and say, "Where is my money." She would not give her complete address, or name so I could mail her
the check. 1 have our whole conversation on the cell phone via text. I am more than willing to send the
    appropriate refund which is $109.
    Thank You,

A 5 hour class was completed by my nephew in November, 2022. I spoke to them April, 2023 and they stated they did not send the certificate because they did not receive payment. I sent them payment, which evidence is attached, and provided an address and did not receive anything. I called back a few weeks later and provided the address again and still nothing. I called back and left a message to then I received a phone call and was provided a date and time to go to the office and no one was there. Please provide me my money back immediately. You need to be charged an interest fee for how long I've been waiting.
