      28th February -
      I brought my laptop in for repair. The screen was not switching on.
      I paid for it to be looked at and also bought another laptop from the location which I would use in the interim.

      3 Weeks After Leaving My Laptop For Repair -
      I phoned the store to check on progress. I was told by the person who answered the phone that he no longer worked there, I called using the number on my receipt. I called the number he gave. I spoke to ‘Noah’, he said he was make enquirys and get back to me.


      4 Weeks After Leaving My Laptop For Repair -
      I hadn’t heard from them and attended the store. The member of staff said he had just recently started working there. He looked for my laptop and couldn’t find it. He took my details and said that the manager would call me.

      5 Weeks After Leaving My Laptop For Repair -
      I still heard nothing, attended again and the same member of staff said he would ask the manager to call me. The name of the manager was Noah. I phoned Noah, no reply.

      My touchscreen laptop was taken here in December 2024, with a cracked screen. A repair for my laptop screen was paid for, to be a touchscreen again. It was returned to me, and was no longer a touchscreen. I was promised that a new screen would be ordered. And my computer would be once again fixed , to a touchscreen. No part was ever ordered It is now April. They are refusing to give my money back, or fix my laptop as promised.

      I brought in my laptop to the business to be fixed on September 24th. The staff member told me they had to order a ribbon for it and that it should be down in a week. 10 days later I stop in to be told the part was not in yet and that I would be called when it was done. 2 weeks later I stopped in and I was told by Hunter that the part was in and he did not know why it was not being worked on. He told me he would have it done by the end of the week. I stopped in the next week and Hunter told me he did not have a chance to work on it but promised he would have it done by the end of the week. I stopped in the next week, Hunter showed me my laptop in pieces, and said the ribbon was in but he had to put it back together, and that he could have it done in the next couple days. I stopped in the following week and Hunter said he did not finish it but promised it would be down by the end of the day. I did not recieve a call, so I stopped in 2 days later and it was not finished, but he shook my hand and promised it would be done that day. I came in two days later and my laptop was back together but was not fixed and he told me it was a different problem.
      Hunter could not refund because there was no cash in tge drawer, but promised me the owner would ******* me the $97.50. This was last Wedsday Nov 28th. I have not recieved my money, and the staff members continuously tell me they can not get ahold of him on the 3 occasions I have stopped in.
      This all became very odd to me the first few times of being lied to about my laptop being ready, so I began recording my interactions with the staff members. I have 5 of the interactions recorded.

      I took an ****** and a ********** into this company on 8/12/2022 for repair . I was told it was the charging port on both items that needed to be replaced then I was told I need to bring in a $65 fee plus pay for the parts for both items but I was not told this until 2 weeks after I dropped it off and I only received this information after having called them for an update. Late October or early November after visiting the shop multiple times and calling them many times I was told I can come get the ********** which they claim to have replaced the charging port but upon pick up I was told I need to purchase a new charger from them. I refused to buy the charger because I had paid them for the port and work and thought that was the issue now it's the charger too. I have no way of knowing if it was the charger the whole time or if they actually replaced the port at all. I took my ****** **** and charger they told me was mine and left leaving the phone which I was told multiple times over almost 3 months was on the workbench for them to still get a part for. as of today I was unable to pick up the phone which they claimed to still be working on and then my husband received a call today saying after all these months they can't do anything for me. They should have and could have told me this months ago instead of taking my money and wasting my time. Very unprofessional.
