    The monitor drove my kids in her car without car seats to the noncustodial parents hotel to have breakfast, when they were supposed to have a visit at the museum. she also let the noncustodial parent take my child to the bathroom alone. He could have easily taken my kids and ran off with them. I have a restraining order against him and he only has supervised visits at two locations, he has seen me and my car multiple times and been within 40 feet of me during pickup/dropoffs when he’s not even supposed to be allowed to see me. No one let me know they were taken to his hotel and the only reason I found out was by seeing the monitors car was no longer parked in the same spot and my kids telling me they rode in the back of the monitors car to their daddy’s hotel. The lack of concern for my children’s safety and unprofessional conduct is absolutely unbelievable.

    This place treats your children like they don't matter! All they care about is there money, charging a low income family $200 to see a child for 3hrs is a complete rip off. The child has to suffer so they can profit. No communication from them unless they want payment!! Complete scam!! Our children are the future an this place doesn't care about the mental abuse they cause on children
