      I have wrote letters to their headquarters stating that I no longer need or want their service and 2 years later they are still charging me.
      Staff is rude and crude. No help. Restrooms dirty.

      I was a PF member for nearly 11 years with never an issue, never a complaint. Was out of town and after two visits when returning, the new manager cancelled my membership accusing me of talking derogatory about either a member or staff employee. This is a false statement and as I pursue this matter thru phone calls and e-mails not one person, even corporate has the decency to respond to my issue.
