    I brought my car in to get service for serpentine belt he fixed and charge me 500 to fix I drove two blocks and it felt stiff my steering wheel and it’s not supposed to feel like that after fix then belt then pop available I call him and he came and fix it in front of me in like 5 minutes I was charger 500 for something that he did in 5 minutes then I drove it home and back then the next day the coolant had a leak in it from when he was fixing serpentine belt so then I had to pay to get it towed back to him and pay him money for something that he broke in the process of fixing something else I waited days to get my car back and I drove it for a week and the serpentine belt broke again I think I feel like this guy is messing people car up on purpose he can’t say he fix foreign cars and then tell me he don’t know why it keep doing that but he keeps taking my more and doing bare minimum of work on my car

    Response taken by phone:  The car came in 6 months ago for an alternator.  This caused the serpentine belt to break and did more damage when it broke.  The car has over 180,000 miles on it and I have told him numerous times that everything is starting to go on this car.   He needs to replace it.  I have gone above and beyond to help this customer but the car has a lot of mechanical issues.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I have less 20,000 less on my car than what he is saying and he is right I came in months ago for alternator and then the belt poped right after that and it’s been months since it poped again and took it to him again and then this is when I constantly had to keep going back and all he keep saying is for me to get rid of a car that I spent a lot of money on already then bro going it back and forth to him like I said he fixed it I drove a couple of block s and it came off again and he came and fixed in my face for a couple of minutes I left with the car and a day later after driving it does it again I’m asking him to fix but he acting like it’s too much for him but he keeps charging me for something that he isn’t fixing right the steering wheels when he gave it back to me the very first time when I visited him the previous months it felt regular how it was supposed to feel but the last couple of time he fixed it it was stiff I let him know and he acts like it’s jus my car at this point I fell like he jus telling his customers it’s a money Pitt car and he not really fixing the issue then he charges me like 400-500 every time for a ten minute job that he is doing on my car
