    I bought a dress from Futias last year. Came back on 05/06/2024. For alterations, I was supposed have been call last month for a fitting. I was never called. I have been calling I have went down there several times. They were closed and changed the time from 10am to now 2pm-5pm. Fine I'm ok with that. I'm NOT OK THAT THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE BETWEEN THOSE HOURS AND I LIVE OVER AN HOUR AWAY. I HAVE DRIVEN DOWN AND THEY ARE CLOSED. I TRY TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. I NEED THE DRESS FOR THIS MONTH 08/24/24. I OWN THE DRESS. I need help getting my childs dress for her sweet 15.
