    we confirmed that the correct pay rate for ******* services should indeed be
    $23 per hour. We are pleased to inform you that a check is being issued today
    to reconcile the payment discrepancy. This payment will reflect the appropriate
    rate and ensure that Sarah receives the full amount due. We are committed to supporting
    our consumers and their caregivers and continuously strive to improve our

    This staffing company is extremely slow and unhelpful. 25 individuals from their portal were unable to make it through their own staffing situation. Only three people have made it through the hiring system and the last one has been waiting for more than 48 hours to get just a letter of employment to be able to get in my building. It's ridiculous at the hiring process takes almost 3 weeks. They don't pay the people on time.

    We provide a portal for our consumers to connect with potential caregivers; however, we do not vet or manage these individuals directly. As a
    Fiscal Intermediary operates under the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance
    (CDPA) model, our role is to facilitate connections, but the hiring process and
    follow-up are managed by the consumers themselves, as the consumers are the
    employers under this CDPA self-direction model. Regarding the specific concerns: - Vetting
    and Hiring Process: The individuals you are
    trying to hire must complete all required paperwork and attend scheduled
    health assessments. We understand the frustration when candidates do not
    show up or fail to complete necessary steps. We encourage consumers to
    select reliable candidates and ensure they are aware of the requirements
    and commitments involved. - Health
    Assessments: We schedule and pay for health assessments to
    facilitate the hiring process. However, we cannot control if a candidate
    fails to attend their appointment. We advise consumers to communicate the
    importance of these appointments to their potential hires. - Timeliness
    of Payments: We have not withheld any pay from your employees. We
    ensure that all payments are made on time once the necessary paperwork and
    processes are completed. If there are specific instances where you believe
    there has been a delay, please provide details so we can investigate and
    resolve any issues. - Employment
    Documentation: The standard processing time for employment
    documentation can vary based on the completeness and accuracy of the
    submitted information. We strive to process all documentation as quickly
    as possible and within our standard operating timelines. We apologize if
