    Sir or Madam,

    I hereby file a formal complaint for defamation, harassment, and unlawful dissemination of personal data. I am the victim of a targeted online smear campaign carried out via two websites:
    1. ************************* – Pretends to be a French association (which does not legally exist) and sent me an email from ************************* containing threats and false accusations, addressed solely to me.
    2. ************************** – Uses my surname in the domain, publishes defamatory content about me, and unlawfully exposes my private data (address, phone number, etc.).

    These acts severely harm my reputation and safety. The sites are hosted by ***** and emails by *********. Despite the anonymous *****, I have strong and documented reasons to believe that the individual responsible is the CEO of Eronne Holding, a French national residing in Morocco. His company’s website lists a Moroccan phone number and serves, in my view, as a legal façade to conceal these actions.

    I am no longer able to work normally—prospecting or signing clients is impossible out of fear they’ll see these lies. My LinkedIn profile, vital for my job, is now a source of anxiety. My wife and I are morally affected, and my mental health is impacted, worsened by my recognized disability status (MDPH).

    I respectfully ask that an investigation be opened, that hosting and domain data be unmasked, and that legal action be taken against those responsible. I remain available to provide all supporting evidence.

    Good morning,We take note of the false accusations made against us, which are a serious attempt at defamation and damage to reputation.It is essential to specify that the person in question has himself been involved in several proven scams, including the collection of payments without performance of the promised services. These facts are documented.In addition, the association ******** ***** officially exists and has been declared legally. It was founded by a former employee of the company concerned, now in dispute with it for serious facts of abuse of weakness.A formal complaint has been filed in France, registered under number *****************, and is currently in progress with the competent authorities.We will not tolerate any additional defamation and will take all necessary legal measures to protect our integrity and that of our partners.
