    Beware & stay clear of this hortel! Worse experience in our life. Should be condemned. We stayed here a few years ago for a New Year's Eve party with a group of friends and it was great. So we thought…We wanted a place to park because we had an early flight out in the morning. Total dump. Basically, it's a homeless migrant shelter that guests were not made aware of. Hortel room doors and windows were decorated for the holidays, kids in pajamas riding bikes all over the place, toys scattered around the pool area and kids were running amuck screaming and yelling, banging on doors all hours of the night, armed security guards at every entrance, pungent smells of god knows what and of people cooking in their rooms, groups of sketchy people hanging around, fixing cars in the parking lot, rooms were filthy with black mold. Could not sleep because of the noise and feeling unsafe. Thank god our dear friend stopped by from time to time and checked to make sure the tires were still on the truck. The name should be changed from Sure Stay to Stay Away!

    This place doubles as a homeless shelter/halfway house. It knowingly secured a room block for a youth baseball team, knowing the type of individuals staying in the hotel. This will be reported to corporate and IS NOT RIGHT! On top of it, the hotel smells like feces, smoke and rooms are dirty.

    This is the worst experience ever hotel staff was disrespectful I was not giving a shuttle they were dirty room I asked for a refund before I went in the room and was not honerd
