    The company representative was initially very responsive. We agreed on a price and I signed a proposal. Then the Rep failed to return phone calls and was unwilling to commit to a schedule for the work. At the end of two weeks, the Rep suggested that given the company's unlikely ability to conduct the work within my schedule (which the Rep was aware of from the beginning) that I seek a different contractor. So in the end, I wasted two weeks and was required to find a another contractor. I would not recommend this company.

    We have used True Building Performance three times in the past couple of years. 1. Garage insulation 2. Home attic insulation (installed baffles and blockers in soffits, wrapped exposed common walls with fiberglass, added 15-18" Cellulose insulation for R-50+ , etc.) 3. Work on inner home walls: dense packed 2x4 walls with cellulose. installed 2" Thermax fire rated Foil finish foam board to back of doors. We HIGHLY recommend using True Building Performance. We would NOT use anyone else. The team is exceptional! Extremely customer service focused. They protect your home by adding plastic to the floors and hanging dust protection if required. Bottom line, they respect your home as if it was their own! The end result exceeded my expectations!
