    I had taken my *** to this business expecting an assessment. While the service was happening i did not get a single update on my item. Finally once it was ready they sent me the cost of the service although they were supposed to send me an estimate way before anything was even fixed. They claimed to my grandfather that i knew the price previously and they did send me the update although i have all of our communication and not one did i get a price until after the service was provided. They then lost the original wires and claimed that the ones they have given me were brand new (which they are not) They gave me rusty wires (luckily I had extras at home). When i got home i realized there was BRAND NEW issue with my ***. They claimed that they could not fix it at the time of service because it wasn't mentioned. The reason it wasn't mentioned was because this worked before i dropped it off. My disc drive was fully functional before i ever brought it to them. When i brought this to their attention they were very unprofessional and would only offer for me to bring it back and get it fixed AGAIN ( if you broke it while fixing it why would i want to go back?). I paid over 200 dollars for this service and somehow my *** is even more broken than when i brought it to them. They stated that i agreed to take the wires home that they gave me when i brought up the fact that they misplaced my original ones, although they must have forgotten about the part when they told me they were brand new (again very much MOT brand new). They were also very unprofessional with the way they were speaking with me. I know what my *** sounded like before i brought it in and it wasn't like metal on concrete.
