    Scam!!!!! Scam!!!!
Verbal quote for move was $750.00
Had to beg for written quote after move which was $624.00 sent 7/31/23. What???? Move was 6/22/23. He had already charged me
$1248.00 on day of move. Would not let me use check and was forced into using check card. Every stick of furniture is scratched, some are very deep and cannot be covered! Solid cherry bedroom set severely dinged, scratched and many small chunks on every piece. Amish dining set and 4 chairs are all scratched and scraped.
Side of hutch has chunks missing on feet and Hugh deep scratches on side! Worst of all a 2 inch by 1 inch hole is torn on side of expensive Loveseat was pointed out to mover along with all other damage. There is also some white putty like material on every piece of furniture He states he used mats. He did not!
2 large decorative floor vases inside extremely well packed boxes with bubble were broken. His answer to all of this was his recommendation on how I could cover scratches and erase the white putty. I was expected to repair damage!
He blamed the * **** truck that he used for all the damage. !He stated he was coming to look at the damage but never showed. I am sick over this. I am 73 This has caused me to be hospitalized due to a flare up of an illness.
Movers started out nice and carful. One mover was under pressure to hurry by his wife after a while and that’s when they started to rush and began cramming furniture around walls causing extremely deep almost holes in the apartment walls, and obviously destroying my furniture! I feel he bullied me due to my age and took advantage of a senior!!
pushing the veteran brag is disgraceful! In 2013, President ****** ***** signed a revised version of the Stolen Valor Act that defined the violation as relating to fraudulent claims about military service “with intent to obtain money, property, or other tangible benefit.”
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVER

This company moved my belongings a little less than 1 year ago. There was damage to each piece of furniture I have/had. I had a professional give me estimates for repairs which came to over $6000.00. There was also an antique Barrister bookcase which arrived to the new destination in pieces and shreds of wood--this was unable to be repaired.
    There were also items missing.
I've made several attempts to contact this company with no response. He was sent a certified letter with a copy of the professional estimate along with pictures. He did respond to one of my calls and I told him of the damage. He stated "what the f - - -" do you want me to do?
He notes he is insured but obviously has made no attempt to file a claim. The insurer is also not rated well.
    Cannot give any stars!!!
He states that this is "vet" owned inferring that it is military veterans. I don't believe that to be true.
