    Northeast IS steered our business to an *** system which they claim they are the only providers in the area for (later found out that was untrue) The system works most of the time but every few months it will go down and you will not be able to accept calls as a business They blamed ******** or ******* every time. ******** and ******* blamed North East IS We receive service invoices from both sides and the problems are never fixed When I decided we have had enough ,they held our admin password to themselves so nobody else can service the equipment we bought

    The requested hardware key has been provide to ***** ********* to facilitate their transfer to another *** vendor.  Northeast IS has provided high quality *** equipment and systems to many businesses and offers high quality & responsive service & support for these customers.  Mr. ***** requested that Northeast IS provide service for their *** system, was apprised of the charges and gave his approval.  Mr. ***** and ***** ********* subsequently has refused to pay Northeast IS for the services provided at his request.  Northeast IS values our relationship with all customers and has made every attempt to address Mr. ***** concerns, to no avail.  We are unable to continue to offer services to ***** ********* absent their ability or willingness to pay for services.  We have communicated this to Mr. ***** and encouraged him to seek another *** partner to provide service on his system.C.
