    I rented office suites from a company called 90 State Street ******* ***** South/State Towers from November 13th 2020 to the time the business was taken over by a company called, Abraxas at 90 State Street or ******* property company (LPC). I was never informed that ******* ***** management had changed hands with Abraxas at 90 State Street / LPC. Nonetheless, I continued to rent their office suites not knowing what had transpired between the two companies. But in May or June of 2023, I was informed by the manager of this new company, that they were no longer renting office suites due to renovation of the property-- (but Abraxas at 90 State Street / LPC continued to rent the space to me after they took over the company while renovation the building into apartments for a few months).

    Since that period, I have made numerous attempts to retrieve my deposit from Abraxas at 90 State Street / LPC; every time I called, I was told that they're going to look into it -- I was sent from person to person and that somebody will return my call and nothing happened. Then I was advised to email signed contract with ******* ***** Mgmt/State Towers and it would be investigated but to no avail.

    Furthermore, I contacted my bank to retrieve copies of this business transaction. I then sent a certified letter to a manager by the name of Jonathan M******** at Abraxas at 90 State Street/******* property company on September 20th, 2023 which was signed on September 23rd 2020 upon receipt of my letter buy a staff member.

    Please see my attached contract -- it clearly states, "first month retainer/charges are refundable and that charges are refundable at contract termination if account is in good standing and all monies owed are paid".

    Furthermore, Abraxas at 90 State Street/LPC must have records of clients who held deposits with ******* ***** Mgmt. when this transfer was made. And, they continued to do business with me as a client. I contend that I'm owed this money. Thank you.
