    After researching similar products online that all advertised to do the same thing, I decided to purchase this product from Carluex for several reasons but one was that I had the assurance that they advertised on their website "Easy 30 Day Returns" This product did not work for my situation and after many frustrating hours and no technical support form Carluex other than and artificial intelligence. After searching for a number to call, that does not exist that I can find. They only way to initiate a return according to their website is to send an email to "****************" I know the email address works and is correct because I did get one response from Julia on 9/13/24 that says, "Hi, sorry for bringing this kind of experience. Please provide your order number." after I responded with the order number, I have gotten no instrustction on how to copmlete a return and refund. I understand I would be respible for the return shipping cost but this experience has been very frustating and I feel like this company is an overseas scam at this point. I have also tried to reach out to them by ** and ********* on with messaging them on their social media platforms but have got no response there either.

    I made a purchase of a wireless CarPlay Auto Adapter from CARLUEX on 6/4/24. Upon receipt, 6/11/24, I determined that this product was not compatible with my vehicle. I contacted them via email on 6/12 requesting an RMA to return the product. I was told I needed to video record product, accessories and box it came in.
    I sent that as requested. This was their response.
    Thank you for providing the video. However, we have noticed that the product displayed in the video is not our CARLUEX product.

    Additionally, if there is no product quality issue involved in the return and refund request, apart from deducting a $15 platform fee, we also require a $30 restocking fee. Therefore, we suggest considering gifting or reselling the product, as it would result in lesser losses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Their website states “NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY”. They still have not provided a return address. I also sent another video on 6/12 with ALL the outer packaging, shipping label, and again the box the product & accessories came in, proving I received what I ordered. I’ve had absolutely no response since. I have emailed 6 times! Nothing.
    I have the videos if you need to see them.
    Please help me recover the $169.00, less the $15 restocking fee.
    This is a fraudulent company!!!
