    I signed up for the platinum membership in the summer. They had good hours, so I was happy to pay the monthly membership rate for my son. I was planning to use this service to help fill my son's physical education requirements for home instruction. They then changed their hours without warning, aligning their hours with children in public education. Unfortunately, this made it to where my (and my son's)schedule did not align with the park's hours. This was brought up to a manager in September. My husband requested to cancel the membership due to their lack of transparency. The manager did agree, but then nothing came of it. This month (October), my husband was charged the monthly price. Because of this, he called the location again this last Sunday. They claimed they could not cancel the membership, but that corporate could. After going back and forth with corporate and getting hung up on, they agreed to cancel the membership and issue a refund for October. Today (wednesday), I got an email from corporate saying they could not cancel the membership and I'd need to pay another 9 months. This caused a lot of stress. With more back and forth and more time on hold, they finally agreed to cancel the membership but still refuse to give me the refund they promised.
    I feel like this is a really shady business practice and want to warn others to not sign up for their membership, as they will change their hours however they'd like and still force you to pay even if you can't even visit the location. I feel scammed.
