    The existing roof, installed in 2006, was failing.
    Imagine my delight when Gene of TechLine Roofing of Albany told me they could start the job the next morning and that it would be done before they left that afternoon.
    As they promised, the TechLine crew had everything ready at the job site by the next morning (Friday). By 7 AM, the roofing crew (7 people) began removing the old roof. The crew was all work and no nonsense. They worked well together and each one appeared to have lots of roofing experience. Another plus: no loud radios or boom boxes to contend with.
    When they finished the job, around 2:30 Friday, I was asked to inspect the work for questions I might have and for my approval. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I gladly handed them my check for the amount agreed to the day before.
    TechLine is the most professional and productive contractor I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the past 19 years. This is clearly a 5-star company, and I have no hesitation in using them for my future needs.
