I use supreme for all my wash and fold weekly, I go through alot of laundry because of work and having animals. I have spent 50-60 dollars on average per week like clockwork for 7 months straight. I have been a loyal paying customer. I dropped clothes off last Saturday which would be 27th or 28th of May I believe, and when I picked them up on memorial day most of my addidas clothes were missing plus a couple other articles. They claim they are not responsible and don't know where the clothes are when wash and fold requires they be responsible and ensure my clothes are safe and secure from customers and employees. I do not have the time to do the laundry myself and that is why I use this service. The clothes cost me anywhere between 200-250 dollars approximately. It is exhausting to think about filing a small claim in court over this amount of money... its more about the inconvenience and principle. I feel wronged as a paying customer. The owner should hire more responsible and trustworthy employees or make it right somehow being the amount for these clothes is marginal compared to the amount of business I give to them... I would like some type of compensation and apology, safe to say either way I probably will not go back ever. It's been a bad experience and I'm suprised because everything had been going well. But I have used other laundromat for years and never lost one article. Now I have lost multiple articles because of using them, I work full time extremely hard to have the the little I do have, and replacing these clothes when I should not have to will hurt me financially as I am the sole provider for my household... these clothes were gifts and I have so many other financial responsibilities they cant be easily replaced. When I am paying a pretty high cost to have my laundry done the least I expect is to at least get back what I dropped off, I have attached my online receipts for the purchases of clothing and what I have counted missing so far.. thank you

April 29th 2023 my clothes were taken out of the dryer previous to the timer ending and we're still wet I brought it to the manager's attention and they told me oh well that I should have put it on for longer anyway when I explained I never had to before he tried to tell me every dryer is different and the manager is not available nor will he contact them so I had to pay double $10
