Timothy S. Hart is quite the special lawyer and not surprisingly that fact resonates with the many other reviews I have seen. He genuinely cares to help his clients and is patient in listening and conveying important information. After spending years trying to rebound from sales tax issues and consulting with numerous tax attorneys, I made a fortuitous phone call to Tim's office that turned things around for my wife and I immediately. Sales tax issues in particular are shunned by many attorneys but Tim explained the NYS Offer In Compromise process and more importantly - planned out a viable strategy in pursuing that goal. He explained the process and gave us pointers in submitting the OIC. Just as important to us - I want to emphasize that Tim's fee is very fair and affordable. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone with any tax related issues. You will be impressed with his manner, professionalism and the results. My wife and I highly recommend Tim. He'll get it done for you.
