      Dear Sir/Madam:
      On February 9th, 2022, I signed a contract with Commercial Capital Training Group to begin training to become a commercial finance broker. The training started at 7:AM CST and the first day went for more than 10 hours with 2 ten minutes breaks and a lunch break of maybe 20 minutes. It was grueling, to say the very least. It was poorly organized, with sales presenters often not having arrived. By sales presenters, I mean representatives from lending firms, who apparently have agreements with CCTG. To explain, with the exception of a 2 to 3 hour opening statement by the owner, training consisted of being bombarded by a plethora of sales recruiters - one after another - pitching their products and services before a group of potential sale reps. After several days of the firms presenting their lending programs, CCTG - which owns its lending company - began sending their representatives in to prop-up their products and services. To add to this, it was all being conducted without a single hard copy pamphlet, brochure or manual given to the trainee. Presenters were continuously talking for the entire day, in an effort to convince us of the superiority of their products. However, to be clear, it was not done in a competitive manner - just laid out for us

      I was literately promised a professional training session that would prepare me to begin doing business immediately following training. The myriad cluttered notes, taken during the extremely grueling training, and emails sent to me later by CCTG, were quite inadequate to start any business, let alone a commercial finance company. The leads sent by CCTG went nowhere. Not a single person answered their phone nor replied to my emails and text messages. When I complained and told them I had sent dozens of emails and text messages, they simply said keep trying. They never called to even ask how I was doing. Lastly, the contract states 7 days training. IT WAS 6 DAYS ONLY. This is unethical business.

      We have received this message from the complainant. We have
      a no-refund policy, as is clearly conveyed in our agreement with the
      complainant (attached). We are sorry to hear the opinion and experience
      expressed by ***, and we are committed to doing everything possible to help and
      assist him in his business.  Let the record show that *** never expressed dissatisfaction with our training
      until this complaint. *** also attended our virtual class and never attended in
      person. He never reached out to us at all. Our training is long and typically 8
      to 9 hours a day for the duration of one week. Our trainees are not here on
      vacation, and are here to learn, as we have a lot of information to convey to
      and educate them. With over 50 lenders and vendors that presented over the
      course of a week, there are sometimes schedule changes that affect the times in
      which presenters start but by only 10 to 15 minutes or so.  Our lenders are not sales recruiters. They educate our students on their
      respective programs and the industries they lend in, and that is what our
      students sign up to receive. CCTG does not own a lending company. CCTG is its
      own entity that conducts training. We have a family of companies that include a
      lending company, which our students get to work with out of the 50 lenders we
      give them access to during our training. We are very clear that we are
      eco-friendly and do not hand out hard-copy material. Everything is digital and
      placed on our portal via the cloud, which every student can access once they
      are here and when they get home.  We cannot be held responsible if *** took cluttered notes during class and that
      he felt our training was grueling and should be easier. Our company has
      performed and fulfilled every aspect of the agreement that *** signed. In fact,
      after we produced one(1) month's worth of leads -  which his contract
      called for - our team found out that he did not know how to access his email to
      which the leads were sent. After finding this out, and after we produced his
      leads, we acted in good faith and ran another extra month of leads. Upon
      discovery of our communications with ***, our team has in fact been in
      communication with him regarding assisting on deals, and with our marketing and
      support team so what is being reported is just not accurate at all, and we have
      the emails to prove this. We also noted that *** never sent us any emails to
      market to, which tells us he is not networking at all, and networking is
      something we preach during training. To date, not one email was ever sent over
      to our marketing team to conduct email marketing. Our training is 7 days long,
      with the seventh day dedicated and reserved for students who take our marketing
      enhancement class.    We are confused about how we are labeled an unethical business. We take
      complaints very seriously, however, we struggle to see how *** is entitled to a
      refund when in fact CCTG has not only fulfilled every part of the deliverables
      in our contract, but we went well above and beyond to provide extra assistance.
      Just because *** feels our training was long and hard, and he did not receive
      hard-copy materials, and did not like how our lender presented does not
      constitute a refund. We still stand beyond supporting and assisting *** in his business in whatever capacity that may be.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

      Hello Sir: As indicated in our talk, I am unable to open the link to respond to CCTG. Therefore, per your request, I am responding by this email. I could not disagree more with CCTG and its operations. I stand firmly behind my original complaint. This company is a complete deception and set up to benefit itself first and far most. The partnership between the investor and CCTG is ludicrous, to put it lightly.  Nevertheless, it is primarily the breach of contract, my reason for requesting a total refund. The agreement I signed, and the owner of the company signed, stated the training was to be seven days. It was not seven days but instead went six days only. I actually sent a copy of that contract to BBB. It is plain and clear that this alone constitutes a breach of contract. If BBB has done all it can and the attorney general of the state of New York is the next step in this process, please provide me with the necessary instructions. Respectfully, *** **** **
