    If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered bagels which are perishable, with an ice pack. Granted, shipping isn't guaranteed, but it said it would take around 4 business days. They have yet to arrive, and when I brought this up with customer service, they didn't do anything to help me; despite all their smiley face emojis and "have a great days" they basically told me I should have just paid for extra shipping and then highlighted their policy. So unhelpful. I will never spend my money here again.
    Be warned, if you purchase ANYTHING perishable they will NOT help you with a refund or resend you anything. TERRIBLE customer service.

    I will never order from netrition or their subsidiary ********* *** store again. I wouldn't have ordered from ********* *** store had I known they were a subsidiary of netrition. I received my order today and as soon as I saw it came in a netrition box, even though I ordered it from a different company, I had a bad feeling about the order. Sure enough, the carbonaut pizza dough, all 6 of them are moldy!! Again!! This is the 3rd time they've sent me moldy pizza crust. Even though I ordered cold pack service. They even tried to tell me it wasn't refundable because I hadn't ordered that service but it's in the email that I did. After reading some of the comments here, I'm not surprised they said it wasn't refundable. Lesson learned, never again. I'll email them everything but I'm not going to hold my breath.

    I order on March 27, 2024 #********** I received my package to see that the protein shake had spilled all over the box (see attached pics) and I was unable to remove the mac and cheese from the bottom of the box because the shake had dried and hardened.  
    I contacted customer service through the chat and I had a choice to do a store credit or refund. I picked store credit because I want those items again. The next day I got the email with the code for the store credit but it was for less than $9, the shipping alone is at least $10. I was credited only for one bottle out of the 4-pack of protein shakes and the mac and cheese.
    When I contacted customer service they told me I should be happy with what I got because the shipper is not being held accountable and your company is taking out the cost of the damaged items. And I should order the items again and just apply the credit. So let's do some math:
    The protein Shake $10.69
    Mac and cheese  $5.49
    Shipping $9.99
    Total Cost $26.17
    Credit $8.16
    Paying $18.01
    For something that wasn't my fault and paid for, something isn't right here.

    Netrition, Inc. vigorously boasts of being a "family-owned" company since 1996. I think they should focus more on customer service and the accuracy of their claims.
    On March 19, 2024 I purchased 3 loaves of perishable bread online and selected Flat Rate Express Shipping (1-2 business days). Not only has my bread not arrived (today is March 21st), it was just shipped out yesterday afternoon. I called to request a refund and they refused, saying the shipping speed was not Express and that the length of time of delivery on Flat Rate is anywhere from 2-5 business days. However, my receipt is clearly marked "shipping 1-2 business days." And by the way, my order was shipped via The ****** ****** ****** ******* *****). which is far the slowest shipping method.
    (1ST COMPLAINT)
    After another call to Netrition, I found out that the warehouse neglected to ship my order in cold storage. If you're shipping a food perishable item, you must place it on ice in refrigerated trucks or whatever form of transport you decide to use. So, I'm not only going to be receiving my items several days late, but now they will be spoiled.
    (2ND COMPLAINT)
    So much for this "family-owned" business. I saw similar BBB complaints related to shipping time and improper storage of food items, so I know this not a one off with Netrition. I've also disputed my purchase with the payment center and was told they had me covered for both complaints.
    I hope that the BBB does their part in investigating these claims thoroughly and this matter gets resolved quickly.

    This company has awful customer service. I placed my order and somehow it was sent to the incorrect address. They were forceful in their remarks accusing me of writing this address as I placed the order, which is not true. I am in firm belief that one of their employees changed the address so he/she could receive my very expensive order. The order was shipped to Texas and I live in New York. When I reached out they were accusatory and condescending. Not once were they unwilling to hear the problem at hand. I asked for a refund and they flat out said “no.” I have contacted management and received one unsatisfactory response. I continued to speak to upper management and no one returned my phone call. I do not trust this company and am seeking to receive my money back. They are thieves .

    Horrible Customer service. As an online grocer, they should shipping food appropriately in terms of timing and temperature. My delivery ordered late and all the food items were sitting in a hot box. They could care less and refused to replace the order. Do not order from this company. Reviews here must be FAKE because online reviews read just like mine! Zero customer service skills.
