    On 9/27/23 we hired Amazin Glass to replace a broken window. We assumed that the replacement would be the same window, but it was not. Our windows have a tint to them and the replacement window did not. They said they would get the correct color and replace for free. The replacement also had no tint. They came back a third time to replace but they brought the incorrect size. Came back again, and for some different reason could not replace it. The company never once called us during this- we had to keep calling them to request the correct window. The last time they came was in May 2024, during which they could again not provide the correct window. I had outreached to them every 2-3 weeks since then requesting the correct window, and was told that it was ordered, or back ordered, or there was a problem with the supplier, and that they would call me back when it was available. They never did. Now, at over 14 months later, we still do not have the correct window installed. I have called over 40 times to get this resolved with on single call back, even though I was told after each call that they would call me with an update.
    I was finally able to get ahold of the owner, Harold, and requested that he just refund us so that we can go elsewhere for the correct window. He told us he would not refund us since his receipts say “no refunds”. He is refusing to provide the correct window that we paid for, and refusing to refund us. Additionally, Harold and the receptionist Donna that I spoke with dozens of times were very unprofessional. The owner, Harold, upon talking to him when he advised he would not refund us, I said I would submit a BBB complaint. He told me I’m mean. Realistically, I am just looking to get what I paid for or a refund to get it elsewhere. Who wants all tinted windows except for one, which completely clear?
