  As a repeat customer when we needed a shower we called Comfort. From the lies of the salesman we make our showers, we don't use contractors, your shower will take 2 days and no problem with upgrade valve and shower head. When their contractor arrived he rebuilt the our floor and walls and installed base and shower walls,it wasn't their product, used a valve and head of less quality. Called sales manager and he told me I need to learn to read a contract. Asked me to repay for valve and head and pay $550 an hour labor. Then offered to make the situation right if I sign a release to not write an honest review. Just under 3 months later when the shower was complete the door was hung crooked, trim ring dented, door handle upside down and magnetic door catch fell off. Before these could be fixed we developed 2 separate leaks. 2 more service appointments to hang the door straight and now part of the frame is loose and the door doesn't close as well as it did when it was hung wrong. Service manager acknowledged the 2 issues but since it functions it will satisfy the contract. To quote the sales manager " We are a window company we don't do bathrooms."

  The installers were very professional and did a great job. We had 13 windows installed and they all came out great. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

  Comfort replaced our old bathtub with a walk-in shower. The planning was excellent and the installation top-notch: on time, neat, and careful of our home.

  No pressure sales person. Time line was faster than expected. Installer was personable, friendly, and neat. Overall a great experience and happy with the results.

  Had 8 new windows installed. From my first phone call to the sales agent to the installers, couldn't be happier. We used another window company a few years ago for our kitchen windows and was not happy at all with them. Comfort lived up to their word. Will use them for the remaining windows we need replaced. Highly recommend

  I had a walk in shower installed to replace my old one piece tub unit. The contractor was professional and efficient. He was done in 2 days as promised. So far no issues. The shower is great.

  Had shower tub and bathroom walls installed. After a couple years i noticed cracks on bottom of the tub Comfort Windows said the manufacturer of the tub denied claim to repair it, claimed they are "Stress cracks Not covered under Warranty". So i guess i have to fix my newer tub so it doesn't leak down stairs!
