    If you need an architect don't hire *******************************, the owner of PAC Architecture and Design. I had a house fire and have been working with him since mid November to draw the plans for my new house. Well, this guy has two speeds....slow and reverse and he always has the same three excuses...I'm sick, my kids are sick or I'm on vacation. He finally filed for my permits on February 6, 2023 (four months from the time I hired him, ridiculous.) On February 13th I get an email from the ***************** that there is a problem with the plans and only the architect can find out what the problem is and fix it. I reach out to ***** and supposedly he's away again. I lose another whole week which is a lot considering my house fire was May 10, 2022. I'm waiting almost 10 months and nothing at all has been started. Everything waits on *****. I've told him how frustrated I am and I'm worried about my rental. My insurance company gave me a year's rent up front. It will run out in May. He doesn't care.Also, He doesn't shut up the entire time you're sitting with him talking about the plans. He interrupts you when you're speaking and he doesn't listen so, ofcourse, he draw my plans wrong. He put the master bedroom suite on the second floor when I told him I wanted it on the first floor. Now I'm stuck with that mistake because I'm running out of time with this rebuild. Trust me, working with him has been a nightmare. I paid him $15,500.00 and I still have no permits.Do yourself a bug favor and avoid PAC Architecture and design and it's owner *******************************.
