    We have used this auto tag and title agency for years. We have had issues in the past where deals took more than 30 days to finish, leading to furious customers and many complaints. Today, we received a tag in the mail that expired in 2022. Almost 1 year later, we receive a tag and that is unbelievable! We are unhappy with the service they provided and need a refund of $195.

    The Registration in question was not shipped from ** a year later, it was shipped a year ago when it was processed and this client is trying to put the blame on us when it was their shipping courier ***** who was at fault. *** has always lost packages in the past and that's why we only use fed-ex for our shipping. We are not responsible for *** losing the package and then sending it to them a year later, they have to ask *** for money not us. We are also not responsible for DMV's being behind and not processing work in a timely manner, and

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    If *** is to blame, no worries; however, is there proof you shipped this package a year ago and not almost a month ago? The tracking information says it was picked up 08/25/2023 from *********, **. We sent this proof. In addition, this car was purchased on 04/26/2022. Your receipt says 06/03/2022 and the registration expired on 11/2022. Is there a reason it wasn't expired a year from date of purchase?

    The invoice shows the date it was shipped in June of 2022, and as per the expiration date of the registration it's up to the dmv in the state where it's registered we do not control that. Some states issue registrations for a year and some for 2 and some for more, depends on the state and the situation. Some issue registrations for 30 days or ************************************************************************************** property taxes we do not control how states process paperwork we just abide by the rules. Just like if a state is taking over 30 days because they're behind or is short staffed also is not in our control. We find the fastest way available and abide by the rules and never had any complaints about our service before. Just because we will not issue a refund for an issue we didn't cause doesn't give this person the right to complain about us, we did our job. Customer has to take this matter up with the governor of his state who makes the laws, not us.

    That receipt date could have been forged. We contacted *** and they confirmed the return label was picked up on the date mentioned and scanned on that day. They have no other history of it being scanned last year. Date logs cannot be rejected, again do you have any other proof?
