      On April 29, 2022 I placed an online order #BG202204307799579111 with crownkof.com for one Althea circular coffee table, item #11111639. The item was listed at a price of $79.99. My VISA debit card was charged the same day (as opposed to charged when shipped, as is most often the case) for $79.00 (a different amount!?) via Paypal to some company listed as "munjeongmuy", with what appears to be a phone number after it: 402-935-7733. There was no shipping charge, no sales tax charge, not even the correct item price of $79.99. This raised an alarm, especially with regard to sales tax. I remained hopeful. On May 18, after receiving no table, nor receiving any updates as to when it might ship, I attempted to email the company at the address listed on their website ([email protected]) in order to request a cancellation of my order and a refund of the $79.00. Three hours later, I was informed that my email was undeliverable after multiple tries by Yahoo mail. To this day, I have received no table, no email, no refund. After reading other BBB reviews for this so-called business, I have come to the conclusion that clearly this is fraudulent and a scam. I would like a refund, although I think it is highly unlikely. More importantly, I would like this business shut down permanently and the participants prosecuted to the fullest of the law.

      I ordered a black wing back office chair on January 30th 2022. I paid $89.00 USD. To date 7/22/22 I have not received my order.

      This company is good having smaller pieces of mail delivered to provide “proof of delivery” which is completely bolognese. I feel like this allows everyone involved a way out and scams people out of a lot of money. I ordered a patio swing chair for $96 dollars and can’t get reimbursed through ****** because of this bull crap “proof of delivery” which is a icee of paper mail with a order form. No one takes into account the number of similar stories and solely relies on this fake proof of delivery. They don’t consider the fact that this company is not contactable they reply to no emails the phone number is fake and the address that they give you when they send you your receipt for payment is out of Hollywood Florida yet the business is based out of New York even the replies from the BBB are stating that because of this fake proof of delivery that our stories are all baloney so we can’t even get help from this place which is supposed to watch out for victims of fraud which clearly this company has found a way around that and the BBB wants to do nothing about it . $96 might not be a lot to the people that are involved but $96 nowadays is a lot to me and my family not only will I hope for a resolution and a refund at the end of the day I just want this business stopped because clearly their scam is so good that the BBB isn’t helping people.
