    Family has been staying here for 4 years during the summer. We rent a site for our RV and a slip for our boat. Recently we took our boat out for the day and upon returning we find another boat in our slip. We contacted the marina staff who contacted the front office and were told that slip is no longer ours. We were moved to another slip that my boat wouldn’t fit in. The reason the other boat was moved to our slip is that it was too big for the finger docks and had to be moved. The boat now in our slip is 2 feet shorter than my boat and they expected us to fit where they kicked him out of? The office staff (Nancy) was very argumentative and basically tried to tell us we were in the wrong. A simple phone call to tell us our slip was changed would have been nice but didn’t happen. We were left to find out when we went to dock. They have our phone number and actually called us that morning to tell us we had a balance on the slip of 100 dollars and my wife paid it. This place has gotten too big too fast and basically treat the customers poorly. They have taken in the attitude that if you don’t like it, too bad. Someone behind you will take your spot. I’m noticing more and more open sites during the week and maybe people are starting to realize. It’s a beautiful place, just needs better management. Very disappointed and will likely not stay here again.
