    Knoll Mobile North is the WORST company and should not be in the auto business.
    One morning, I went out to my car only to find it completely dead due to accidently leaving the lights on. ***** recommends Knoll for assistance, so I call them and they send someone that stated that they would be able to assist me with my completely dead battery. In short, they could not help me and told me that it HAD to be another issue, like the alternator (which makes no sense since the engine seemed to be turning).
    They told me that my car needed to be towed, and since they were so sure that it wasn't my battery, I decided it was best to tow it. Well, the auto company that I had it dropped off to fix told me that my battery was just completely dead. So, in the end, this company does not know what they are doing and basically stole my money.
    What's worse, they DAMAGED my car. I attached pictures of the damage. Do NOT use their services. They also do not have very nice customer support. When I asked for a refund, they yelled and denied it to me. Terrible company, worse than a 1 star.
    If you read this far, I hope this helps you in your decision in using their services....DON'T!!
