      This is a scam! I received a letter from them indicating that I owe ****** $149.97. I contacted ****** because I knew this was either an error or a scam. ****** confirmed that I have a zero balance and owe them nothing. I write this review as a warning to not be scammed out of money or personal information!

      Received a collection notification in the mail for a ****** account that I never ever had, reference #******** for $41.39. This is obviously a SCAM. I will not bring any legitimacy by contacting the company since this is an obvious fraud.

      BE VERY SKEPTICAL! BE SAFE AND DO NOT CALL THEM DIRECTLY. GO STRAIGHT TO THE COMPANY THAT THEY ARE “COLLECTING” THE DEBT FROM. Just like everyone else in this review list, they tried to collect a fraudulent debt. When I called the original company that I “owed,”
      That company said that they shut my original account down due to fraud.
      Someone needs to audit these people and hold them accountable.

      I've been paying a student loan that defaulted to them for several years. I go to pay it today, and suddenly, their website says I owe nothing. No email, no nothing. I have no clue what's up with these guys, but I haven't missed a payment. I was only late by a few weeks, but well under 30 days. If they sent my debit to another agency I will raise hell! I sure as well ain't calling them to pay debt I don't have. I used to pay it online with them. Are they legit? Looks to me like they are a scam.

      Coradius is such a blatant scam. I received a legit looking bill from them saying I owe ****** over $200. So I did what anyone should do and went to the source, ******. Signed into my account and my balance is $0. I very rarely use ****** and I haven’t in at least a couple of years so I knew it was fake. BE AWARE

      Received a letter stating I owed 120.00 to ******. Took me a bit but I was able to get info from them. They asked if I used the email address of ************* at _____ asked if I had used certain phone number and it involved ____ bank. Which none of the above I have any clue about and I don’t even use ******. I told her that I had got on the BBB site and see tons of other people who have received this same letter. This is FRAUD and a SCAM. Ms. C********** was supposed to be who I spoke with, she said she would mark the account as FRAUD and there was nothing that I needed to do. I asked her for a copy of the original debt collector and she said since she has marked it as FRAUD they would not send it to me. Said I didn’t have to worry about calling or writing in since flagging it as FRAUD would take care of it.
      I hope they catch who is the wrong doer here. And fast since I seen many complaints and reviews on here with the same issues. After investigating maybe we would have a class action law suit here.

      SPAM ALERT just received a bill stating I owe $172 from a *** *** account. I never had an account with *****l looks like the dark web is stealing address and names . so beware.

      I received a letter stating that I owe money to ******. I am an elderly woman with no idea of even how to use ******, let alone have an account with them. American Coradius should investigate these debts to make sure they are legit before sending them out to persons who, obviously are being scammed. I have heart conditions and should not be stressed.

      !!SCAM ALERT!! received a letter from American Coradius stating I am in collections with ****** for 80 bucks - called ****** before even thinking about contacting American Coradius and confirmed no debt was due. These guys are nothing but scammers! You've been warned!
