I have been having ongoing issues with getting my prescriptions refilled over the past 2-3 months, despite just seeing a “Doctor” (not DeLuke) at the office on 01/03/2023.
I have never had these problems with the office in the past up until recently.

I requested a refill prescription for a medication I have been taking for almost (2) years that I am now out of, ******* 5%.

I have asked to speak with a supervisor, or Dr. DeLuke (my Doctor) about this ongoing and they ONLY responded and appropriately filled my prescription after I reached out to BBB.
I do not have the patience or time to go back and forth with this office moving forward.

I am filing an official complaint against this office for their lack of professionalism and their disregard to not only address a patients concerns. Because of this, I now do not have a refill for a medication I have consistently been taking for almost two (2) years, ******* 5%.

I filed a complaint with BBB in concern to the offices refusal to fill my skin care prescription in a timely and correct manner. The physician I last saw at my visit was extremely dismissive. Following my coaling filed with the BBB, I received a letter in the mail that I am no longer able to visit DeLuke Dermatology. I have strong reason to believe this decision and this letter was sent solely as a result from retaliation and to dismiss my complaints with the office.

Business resp. states that when the cons. originally contact us about this issue, she was told that she still should have medication to last her until the next refill.  I contacted her and left voicemail advising her that she had refills on that medication and to contact the pharmacy and we never heard back from her.

I requested a refill prescription for a medication I have been taking for almost (2) years that I am now out of, Tretinoin 0.025%.

I was initially told the prescription would be filled; however, when I attempted to reach out to Deluke dermatology to check on the inquiry of things almost a week ago, I was hung up on three different occasions. The office permits texts, and I attempted to explain in a detailed text that I’d like a response back and my prescription filled, as confirmed with the woman I initially spoke to on the phone, but to no avail.

I have since attempted to reach out multiple times and have asked to speak with a supervisor, or Dr. DeLuke (my Doctor) about this ongoing issue and have still received no response.

I have NEVER had an issue with this office until the past recent 2-3 weeks.
I am filing an official complaint against this office for their lack of professionalism and their disregard to not only address a patients concerns, but hanging up on me on three (3) different occasions and blatantly ignoring my text. Because of this, I now do not have a refill for a medication I have consistently been taking for almost two (2) years, Tretinoin 0.025%.

We are continually trying to improve. Patient was using 2 different strengths of the same cream, so there was confusion as to which one was needed. The prescription with the desired strength has been sent into the pharmacy and the issue has been resolved.
