      I had an appointment today (Williamsville 11/9/23) Dent Nurological Institute. I've nevered went to that location, didn't know the location even existed! I was running a little late because ****** routed to the **** ******* ***** on Sheridan Dr. I called DNI and was told that it m was located out in Williamsville near ECC. I actually made it in the certain time that's given after your official time. I go inside the building and I ask one of the representatives where is DNI? She told me to walk down the hallway, go through the double doors and DNI would be the first door on the right. So I walk down the hallway, go through the doors and I try yo open the door, but its locked and since no sign was on the door that would say "Dent Neurological Institute" I was thinking that the woman gave me the wrong information. So I start walking around the corner to see if I had the wrong information and that DNI was actually in a another location. Nope!! Mind you, to this point. I'll say a span on 10 minutes. So I start walking back to the front to ask for help one more time and I also said I would call DNai and let them know that the door is locked, so I can't come in for my appointment. But as im walking, a woman comes out another door and I asked her "where is Dent? She said it was next door! I said the door is locked! So she goes back in the door. So I start knocking on the door for another 10 minutes. So this man comes out. I'm not sure if he's a nurse, but he didn't apologize after I explained to him what happened. He just walked off! So I go to the representative. I tell her what happened and do you think she would help? Nope! She told me that I have to reschedule. I asked her when as the door was locked. Then she said that the door is usually unlocked! I said really (sarcastic) th3n she said I was late and would have to reschedule. It wasn't my fault that I was late. I was DanI fault, I couldn't get in because the door was locked and it should’ve been unlocked. (

      This is a doctors office that refuses to accept phone calls from delivery services or patients. This needs to be addressed as it concerns peoples well being, and mine. I have no medication left, and this Institution refuses to answer any phone calls or messages.
