5 starsDan from Peek to Peak was a wonderful inspector! He arrived exactly when he said he would (even early!), and did an extremely thorough walk-through inspection with us. He answered every single question I asked, shared what he was learning and capturing throughout the inspection, and sent us the report promptly. The home buying and inspection process can feel daunting, but Dan made it easy for us and provided us with critical information about the home. 5 starsDan is the best. Twice now he has given us excellent advice - in one case saving us about $80k from a possible disaster purchase, and in another giving us very clear advice on what would need updating and when and encouraging us to go for it!
He’s also wonderfully flexible - since so many houses won’t accept offers with a full home inspection, he can do a “mini inspection” prior to offer which is still SUPER thorough. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s also a career plumber so he gives especially helpful and thorough advice on all things water.

5 starsI was in a real jam with a handyman's improper installation of sump pump. Dan was referred to me Friday evening and when I contacted him Saturday morning, he made the time to come and properly install the pump and discharge piping. Even picked up a different pump at my request. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Dan took care not to make any additional mess in basement or living area to get to basement. Dan also fixed another problem from previous work on basement toilet, even though it was not specified in the call for HELP. With so many people having water issues during this crazy weather - my stress level was decreased because of his experience and ability. The guy even works on his birthday. Will not hesitate to call a true professional - Dan, for any future plumbing needs.Review fromMark P

5 starsI used Dan for a home inspection on a new home I purchased. Dan was extremely thorough when inspecting the home, and allowed me to follow him as his was performing the inspection. With every step of the inspection, Dan explained various imperfections, things that were done well, and things that were of immediate concern. I highly recommend Dan and his company.
