    I had a creek installed last year. When I saw my neighbors who had it installed by Arbodale, I told them (John) I wanted a creek exactly like my neighbors. I ordered my creek that day. It is nothing like my neighbors. I tried twice to make an appt. with the owner to discuss my dissatisfaction, I was unsuccessful. Also I had $400.00 of perennials installed around the creek. One of the grasses died over the winter. I called three times regarding a replacement. I also took a picture and I also went in twice to try and resolve the issue with no luck. Yesterday when I called about the grass they said they don't replace grass thats older than 3 months.
    In conclusion, I am very unhappy with the entire transaction. I spent 5,400.00 on the creek. Thank you.

    In reference to complaint ******** We have no knowledge of any dissatisfaction with the Pondless waterfall installation of 2021.  In this instance we dropped our planned schedule and met with Mrs *** immediately and put ithe project on the schedule weeks ahead the customers who previously committed.   Per her request we worked when she was home.  We painted out the flow, size of project for her approval which she modified our paint lines to her liking prior to excavation.  My partner John worked on the project himself and I also stopped in to discuss the installation prior to completion. We were paid promptly with no mention of dissatisfaction.   Client notes include a visit in spring of this year to our business to drop off Donuts with no mention of any dissatisfaction.    Like our peers Grasses and perennials are guaranteed thru October 15 of the year of planting.  This was what reviewed on the most recent phone call.   The grass issue is not something I want her to have dissatisfaction with and she is welcome to stop in the Nursery and pick a replacement up.   I nor John have no records of any requests for a appointment but I have been on a limited schedule dealing with Cancer so I guess it's possible.
