      Stay away from this company at all costs. I placed order #***** on 6/26/2022 for a pair of 5.11 BDU pants. I was charged right away and then informed my pants would be backordered for several weeks. 6 MONTHS later, my pants arrive in the mail but they're the wrong color (I ordered black and received navy blue). Tried to get an RMA number from the United Uniform website automated system and it never came. Spent half an hour on the phone with their customer service line and was provided an address to mail the pants back to then the representative hung up. Called back and got put on hold for 10 minutes then the line disconnected and no one answered their customer service number the rest of the day. Spent another 20 minutes on the phone with customer service the next day and was finally given a return shipping label via email. *****'d the pants back the next day simply requesting a refund. A month goes by after ***** confirmed the delivery and still no refund. On 1/18/2023 I called customer service again and spoke with "Eric" who confirmed that United Uniform had received the pants I returned and had not issued me a refund. Eric stated due to the age of the order (over 6 months ago) he could not refund my credit card but would have to mail me a certified check which he assured me would come in less than 10 days. The certified check finally arrived in the mail 2/14/2023 approximately one month after he said it would come. So in conclusion, there is no accountability or quality control at this company and I wonder how many people they basically just rip off giving them the run-around with the return process. If I wouldn't have hounded them, they never would have refunded my money for the wrong item they sent me after waiting SIX MONTHS.
