      I would not recommend this program as it is unprofessionally managed. The school offers courses not as traditional semesters or trimesters but rather as a block schedule. Upon completion of my first block of courses, I notified the **** that I can not continue at this time. The school catalog indicates that a student may cancel his/her enrollment at any time. This prompted a meeting where I felt pressured and blamed for my decision. I could not continue at the time due to financial hardship, loss of hours and income as a result of the pandemic. I was even promised that ******************** would assist with providing some of the ***** relief funds which I did not receive any. After withdrawal from the program, the school sent me several bills requesting me to pay for a course I did not attend. I sent a certified letter to the school in which the **** replied acknowledging that my calculations are correct and I do not owe anything. I had the understanding that this was resolved with the school. I am now receiving threatening letters from a collection agency for an amount that I do not owe and for a class I did not take. I tried reaching back out to the **** since I was assured my calculations were correct though she ignored my communication attempts. The person from the collection agency that is calling is speaking over me and speaking in an insulting manner suggesting their office will come after me, take me to court and hurt my credit. I tried reasoning with her but she was impolite and difficult to speak to. I have attended several universities in my past and never have I received this treatment or level of harrassment. I even verified with two other colleagues who left this program and are not receiving this treatment. I feel not only targeted but potentially discriminated against. I am in complete shock how a business is operating this way especially during the time of a pandemic.

      We and and the former student do not agree on the amount he contractually owes in tuition as detailed in his Enrollment Agreement.
