      Our home has massive gaps where the two half come together, air conditioning and heat are constantly leaking,sidding is cut to short and falls off,staples throughout the roof

      My house is literally falling apart already and everyday we are finding more and more wrong with it.

      Your home was delivered on 11/22/21 and set on 11/24/21. The Ogdensburg Sales location was contacted a few weeks ago by the homeowner asking if we had an extra piece of skirting, we could give to them, they were instructed to come by the office to pick it up. No home service items were mentioned at that time. Prior to this correspondence, the last time the customer reached out with issues on their home was on 11/7/22. Their service items were turned over to ****** Homes, the factory that built the home.
      The home had a 1 year warranty, unless additional coverage provided by ****** Homes was purchased by the homeowner. On our end, any service items that were reported by the customer to us, we did our part to facilitate repair by either our service department or communicated with the factory to fix issues. Our Service Coordinator for our Ogdensburg location will be reaching out to ****** Homes to see if there is any outstanding service work that was communicated directly to the factory service department that we might not be aware of. If there are issues with the home, the homeowner is encouraged to reach out to our office and communicate that with us so that we may help get things reported to the factory that build their home.
