    As an HR Manager helping to navigate insurance claims with an employee I have never had such terrible customer service. The office manager called my employee to let him know his vision insurance was inactive in December and when he asked a few questions, he was unable to get answers. So he came in to see me for help. I called and spoke with someone at the desk and let her know that our insurance changed in January and she had to bill the new company instead of the original. She passed the phone to the office manager and after a heated argument where she told me I had no idea what I was talking about and that the insurance company was the one who needed to call her as they do not call insurance companies, she hung up on me. So I called back twice to try and make sure they had the correct group number and it went to voicemail each time. The third time I tried to call back she answered and said if I call again, she will call the cops. So I called the insurance company and asked them to call to which the very helpful customer service associate tried to call and she was also sent to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional and hostile. I have advised my employee to find a new provider once this claim situation is dealt with.
