    Fred and Stephanie B. gave me a very reasonable estimate and got right to work. They would be happy with their work as long as I was happy. If necessary, they would keep working until I was pleased. They would not charge me for their extra effort. The job I gave them was challenging and they persisted until the results were excellent. As they worked, I asked if they could do one more thing. When they were done, they did not raise their original price, but I insisted to pay them extra out of my appreciation. When I am ready, I will have them return to do a much bigger project. Their attitude, professionalism and skills are excellent. I couldn't be happier.

    Fred B. came over to install my new vanity after picking it up from ****’s and came over late and completely unprepared (no vacuum, no covers for the paint job and unclog my ½ bath, which I discussed when he came out to my home for an estimate) to stall it. I guess I was meant to be aware that I needed to purchase water lines, which he never mentioned when we met up at ****’s. Finally, I had to supply towels and a stepladder. At one point, he TOLD me that he was coming to finish up with the 2nd coat of painting and install the water lines because “He did not want to waste his time returning to Lowe’s.” To which, I responded that one basically that is not going to happen and instead of taking smoking breaking, perhaps he should have checked that when he picked up the vanity. He changed his tune once my boyfriend arrived. Although he apologized for the lack of communication, I would not recommend this guy/company.
    By the way, the caulk job is terrible that I specifically texted him that I needed Almond, but I got white, which pieces were in my sink. As for the half-bath, I still have wet leakage.
    I will get some else to follow-up with that issue.

    First of all I told **** when she was ready to purchase the materials to text me and I would meet with her to make sure she got what she needed I also told her the name of a very good person at pro desk to ask to help her. She didn’t text me or ask for him.
    Yes we did take a couple cigarettes breaks but took no lunch break. We didn’t bring a vacuum but did bring a broom and dust pan to clean the mess which we did.
    Yes I told her I would return the next day to finish up vanity in 2nd floor bathroom. The 1st floor bathroom was completely done.
    The drain we ran a 25ft snake through the full 25ft and didn’t help so yes at that point I told her she would have to get a plumber.
    This customer was so rude one part of me told me leave the job but the professional part said just finish the job and be polite which we did.
