    We are writing to formally address an ongoing issue regarding the SA Series tapes purchased from Adheso-Graphics, under our order of 45 pieces, totaling USD 16,797.08 on an Ex-works basis.

    To provide a detailed overview of the transaction:

    01. The total purchase amount of USD 16,797.08 was fully settled in advance, with USD 1,318.86 allocated from a previous overpayment, and the balance of USD 15,478.22 paid on 24 March 2024.
    02. The goods were received in Sri Lanka on 27 March 2024, and we incurred an additional USD 1,704 for freight and insurance costs to clear the goods.

    Upon conducting our incoming material inspection and trial running for our production purposes, we discovered that the tapes were defective and unsuitable for their intended purpose. We promptly raised our concern regarding the defective goods to Mr. Debbi B****** on 24 April 2024. Mr. B****** acknowledged our concern promptly and referred it to Mr. D** on the same day via an email.

    However, despite several attempts to follow up on this matter, including multiple reminders sent to Adheso-Graphics team, we have received no response or resolution. It is deeply concerning and unprofessional that we have been unable to reach any representative of Adheso-Graphics regarding this issue, especially given our longstanding business relationship with Adheso-Graphics.

    As such, we respectfully demand either:

    01. Provide a full refund of the total amount paid for the defective goods, amounting to USD 18,501.88 (inclusive of the purchase price, freight, and insurance costs), or

    02. Replace the defective goods with tapes that meet the agreed-upon specifications and are suitable for their intended purpose.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. To date, no representative from Adheso has contacted us regarding this matter. As a company, Adheso should take customer concerns seriously and address communications promptly, regardless of whether the issue involves previous or current ownership.We have been interacting with Adheso in a corporate capacity, not a personal one.We are looking forward to a more concrete response from Adheso as a company, and would greatly appreciate the BBB's intervention in this matter.Regards,
