Last year I ordered 4 shirts from this music event online that happened. I couldn't go and pick them up, and I explained it to the owner why I couldn't. He then agreed since I payed for the shirts using a credit card, that he would deliver them to me. I gave him all of my information and the order information too. He has never came. He then went on vacation so I let it go. I just found out now that he's back and his place is open. I have emailed him plenty of times asking to ship me my shirts, and I can't accept a refund due to I don't have the card anymore, and he refuses to email me back. I have snapshots of my order information and proof from him saying he would bring me my shirts I am willing to show you guys.

Response taken by phone. We sold these shirts at cost, as a courtesy.  When she ordered them, it was clearly stated that they needed to picked up. She never picked them up and then we closed for the winter. We still have the shirts and she can call me to come and get them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have told them I don’t have any way to pick them up and they said they will ship them to me. I am unable to drive.  Regards,  ****** *****
