    Dan opened our pool this year and put a whole in the liner and the liner tore leaving it unusable. He tried to say that he did not do it, but then said he did and it was due to the age of our liner. When asked if he had insurance, he tried pulling the "I can't believe you are going after a little guy". After heated discussions, he still refused to stand by his work and at least offer to help with the replacement, I finally was able to have the chemicals (no SDS Sheets) taken off the bill. I have discussed this with other pool companies and they state that they use a different brush when there is an older liner. Dan does not stand by his service, only caring to be paid. I have found him to be dishonest, untrustworthy, uneducated about his service that he provides. Had he been honest about putting the hole in the liner, stood by his service and at least offered to submit to his insurance or waived his bill or helped to purchase a new one, I would not have the need to warn others about him. I cannot find where he is legally doing business in NY.

    This customer is stating false accusations liners only last 10 to 15 years with proper water, chemistry. Their liner was 13 years old which color was blue with the pattern on which was faded bleach white, rust coming off the screws on the skimmer and the liner fallen out of bead and five or six different places. Also, the customer even stated he does not watch his chemicals always look good so never worried about it. Also, the customer has been asking me for a number of years now about a company to replace his liner and I’ve gave him numbers because I do not do it myself. The customer was notified right away once I spotted it, the tear was caused from old age and a weak spot behind the liner. It was not a line tear, it was being fragile and old and water behind the liner. We use a nylon brushes as recommended for liner pools and I’ve talked to numerous companies and that liner should’ve been replaced years ago. Not sure where she’s getting her information from but she’s not staying all the facts. Also, I do have insurance and I am a registered New York State business with a dba. Just a customer looking for someone to pay for their liner.

    Also, I just wanted to add I’ve been in business for 13 years without one complaint also have 5 years experience at ****** ***** before that and I’ve been doing there pool the same way since 2017.
