    Today is 9/11/2024, pictures done on 6/15/2024. Never received. On 6/24/24 asked for our "teaser" pic told working on it, never received. on 7/9/24 message sent to check in, was told computer has been down said she has been working on pics for the past week should be done by 7/10/2024, never received. 8/5/2024 message sent again, Was told her son was in Er, and computer needed repairs. Tonya stated was at work but finishing the last few pics when she got home, said website not working sending straight to my email, again never received. Messaged on 8/7/24, 8/8/2024. Message back from daughter Tonya in hospital. Tried again on 8/19/24, 8/20/2024, 8/21/2024 got message back stating she had more important issues the editing pictures, son in hospital and me messaging everyday was not going to get them done faster, I sent message apologizing and that if she communicated this I would understand. Tonya sent back saying that she has other priorities then messaging people. Went into details I will not include about the situation due to privacy. I did ask she did not forget about our pictures. Messaged her again on 9/11/2024 so far no response back.
