      Terrible company and terrible receptionists. I was dropping my disabled sister home and parked in front of her building to help her upstairs. I wasn't upstairs for more than 5 minutes and come back to my car gone. I go to the property office to get the tow number, call and confirm my car was there. Get there and ask why my car was towed and was told the property manager called for the tow because I was blocking and active roadway. No problem, pay the $136 to get my car out. I go back to the property office to get answers and possible reimbursement for this. Property receptionist said they didn't call to authorize any tow. Receptionist calls them to inform them of their misrepresentation of their contract and it was silence from their end. Guess they didn't think I would get to the bottom of this. The property manager calls them too to chew them a new one for lying to which THEY (the tow company's receptionist) admitted to lying to us! So, I call them (B&M) and called them out on their lie and to reimburse me. They said they were not told to reimburse me and claimed I was parked on the sidewalk! They are crooks! They stole my car, forced me to pay for it and lied about it. Edit to add: The property manager has regularly told Tenants there's a 15-minute ***** period for dropping off and or picking up. Additional information: Just spoke with the property manager who called them in front of me. They claimed I was parked on the sidewalk and was still illegal. Property manager asked them if they waited the 15-minute ***** period and they said, "Well the car was still running." (Was still running because I knew I wasn't going to be away long). They then said they have to wait for management to authorize the reimbursement.

      I came to pick up two cars and they charged me 500 each car and refused to give me a receipt

      My car been towed and now I came to pick up the car the whole front of the car is messed up they told me the car was already like that and theyre not trying to fix it or give any money to fix after they messed up my car and I paid $342 to get it
