    I gave ************** the owner of the business our freidrich air conditioner in July 2022 to be serviced. My husband **** has been in contact with him every month since then. He promised us a new unit since the parts werent coming in. 2 weeks ago he said he would have the unit last week. My husband hasnt been able to reach him. Its been 9 months that he has had our air conditioner unit without services and failing to deliver what he promised a new unit.

    The customer was given a "loaner" air conditioner because we told them it could be many months before the parts came in. They had air conditioning, even though you should not run an air conditioner in the winter months. We pulled strings and called in a favor from ********************** Conditioning to get them a new unit. There has been a delay and mixups from the shipping company that I have no control over. If the new unit was in my shop last week or the week before, the unit would have been delivered. I cannot deliver a unit that I don't physically have on hand. 

     

    However, at this point, we no longer wish to do business with this customer. We will return their unit, remove our loaner air conditioner at no charge, and they can contact another company to fix their air conditioner.
