      Not a real or reliable bank, had a small account with $100 in the account. The bank placed the account in some status due to it not being used and proceeded to take my $100 from the account on a monthly basis in the way of fees. Dishonest and don't offer appropriate digital tools to be able to jump through their hoops and regain access to my accounts.

      PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! Seriously! My husband and I filled out an application for a home loan with Quontic Bank in Jan. 2025 to do renovations on our home. They Never gave us an all-inclusive list of things to provide them with. Instead, they piecemeal the information to us. They would ask us to provide tax documents, pay stubs, etc. Then, the next month, home owner's insurance, etc. This became extremely frustrating because it dragged the loan process out for SIX MONTHS. They checked our credit three different times ****** ****** & June). It became VERY frustrating and exhausting month after month. In May, we were told that everything looked good and we should be fine. Well, on June 11th, they requested for another credit check. My credit score had dropped, and I was starting the disputing process on something that was placed on my credit. The next day, we were told that we have been denied the loan due to my credit score and what had been placed on my credit. My husband and I had good credit when we first started the process. Five months later, both of our credit scores had dropped. We feel like the bank dragged the loan process out to see if we would keep the same credit score up for months on end, so that they could make a decision that they would deny us. This is upsetting. It doesn't take NO bank anywhere in the **** six months to approve a home loan. Be very careful before you decide to get a home loan with this company.

      I spoke with a representative over the phone a few weeks ago and I believe her name is ******* *******. She was an absolute nightmare and unprofessional. I had attempted to open an account via their website. For some reason, it will not allow me to go past the verification process so I called the customer service line. The representative, *******, stated to send a photo of myself holding my ID. Which, never have I ever been asked to do such thing and I have a few accounts with other banks. She said, it is a new process to avoid fraudulent accounts being opened. Fine, I did what was asked and sent it over while I was still on the phone with her. When I asked if she received it, she stated yes, then goes oh dear. I asked if there was something wrong and she said she needed to restart the mailbox for a quick sec and will place me on hold. Well, the representative did not place me on hold and I heard her disrespecting me, talking to her co worker on a call. I yelled on the phone to get her attention and I guess when she finally heard me she hung up. I will not do business with this company because of her and will not share what was said. She is racist and disrespectful and I hope management terminates her.

      Horrible customer service! I have had a savings account with them for over a year and wanted to open a second one. I accidentally entered an incorrect digit on my funding source account number and now they are telling me I'm unable to ever open a second account with them. I told them if they couldn't help me I would close out my account and they could not care less. Interest rates might be good but you can find those at other, better banks.

      This has been the WORST decision of my life. Cant get your money out, once they have it. They repeatedly tell you, you havent given them the information they need to get a withdrawal. Theres absolutely NO communication, NONE. Even if you email them for questions, it takes two to three days for a response. And, its ALWAYS THE SAME THING, you havent given us the information we need. But at the time of OPENING the account..there was no problem with the information at that time..,yeah, be careful.

      STAY AWAY !They closed my accounts with no warning.After multiple successful direct deposits and mobile checks deposits, they claimed one of the three checks I deposited a few days ago was fake. Not sure why. They won't say why. It was a legit payroll check.They actually accepted the other 2 checks. Same ************* company, same everything.But get this. Instead of reaching out, or rejecting the deposit, they simply closed all my accounts and cutoff all access to my funds. I can't even look at my account info online. No warning.And even after many calls back ad forward, they now understand it's not my fault and that there was no intention to defraud. Yet they are still closing my accounts and refusing to even let me look at balances, etc...They are sending me a check (yes, really) for the balance of my accounts. Will not tell me how much.This is absolutely insane.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.YOU WILL REGRET IT.

      Their interest rates are great but you have to go through a process of requesting access to link your acct with an outside acct in order to get your money back, which takes a cpl **** before you can even request your money. Since it's an online bank, their customer service should be stellar but it's not. Instead, when I call they direct me to use the app or website. I also tried to open a CD which didn't work. When I called, they said the account is automated, so they won't know why it was rejected, I can just try again and make sure I input the info correctly, which I did the first time. I asked if a rep can assist me with it and I was told no. I guess I'll find another bank that can.

      Zero star if I could choose.Dont get involved in this bank. You will regret with their lack of professionalism and not trying to solve obvious issues like over charging for escrow. They are the most inefficient and unbelievably incompetent non-customer centered bank Ive ever dealt with.

      Unable to reach customer service by phone or email. I have no option to withdraw funds from my savings account.
