We are sharing this post in attempt to save anyone the heartache and pain that we endured from buying a puppy from ***** (Tiny Cuties NYC) We purchased a small male puppy from her. We never asked her but ***** said he had two testicles and is healthy. Several hours before his 15 hour flight from ****** to *****************, ***** took the 5 month old puppy to get neutered. There was no warning and no agreement to neuter him prior to shipping. She endangered his life and went against airline policies putting a tiny puppy on a 15 hour flight. just a few hours after major surgery. She told us if we didnt want the dog neutered, we needed to pay double for him which was not the original agreement we had therefore was extortion. By the time he arrived to us, he was barely alive. we rushed him straight to emergency vet. His sugar was very low and he had a Severe infection. My wife and I were so traumatized by that experience. The vet was able to just barely resuscitate him . He was near coma. We took care of this poor baby around the clock giving him antibiotics, and liquid food. He did not have an appetite to eat anything not even chicken or baby food. He was always trembling and barely moving. When we took the dog to the vet for a follow up visit in the near future, the vet suspected he has neurological damage, whether it was genetic or from trauma. More to follow on that. Our vet bills were over a thousand dollars. We contacted ***** to let her know of all of this she would not pay for his vet bills. She stopped responding to our texts. The next time she responded her "resolution " was to sell us another dog at full price again. and promising this time she will not neuter him. We have witnesses and text messages tp prove all of this correspondence through out the transaction. We later learned this was not the first un-ethical thing she has pulled with us or other buyers .She deletes her online reviews so the few ****** reviews she has are 5 stars.
