Date of transaction: Friday 4/25/25. Amount paid: $130.65 lash install + $20.00 tip, paid by debit card ending in ***** Booked appointment for installation of eyelash extensions. During install, technician glued multiple cluster of eyelashes to my right eyelid. Contacted owner explaining problem once I saw at home. We agreed to meet on Saturday 4/26/25. When at work on Saturday 4/26/25, I saw she glued another set of clusters to my left eyelid.Texted owner again explaining Im asking for full refund as her technician now did the same issue with both of my eyes and I no longer have confidence in her salon to rectify. She threatened me detailing how I definitely do not know who she is, but good luck with reporting on her business. Only after using olive oil and q-tips for almost 1 hour straight, did the lash clusters finally separate themselves from my eyelid. Im aware that BBB-NY may not be able to help me with financial compensation but Im imploring that this business be investigated. Her businesss Yelp paints a reoccurring theme when it comes to how she chooses to handle customers that have issues with the services her salon rendered Im attaching screenshots and videos of the like, especially the text interactions. As a consumer, its disgusting to see how business owners will treat paying clients who are willing to work with them because of their bad work But whats more horrendous is that they are allowed by the State of NY to operate and continue making money in the fashion they do. ** is a major business hub throughout the world and its sad that owners such as this are tainting the reputation NY has created for itself. Home of the brave, where you spend your money without guarantee of satisfaction or remedy if the business causes you personal damage. Please, I beg of you, investigate this business and the owners unethical business conduct. From one hard working person to another. Thank you for any help the BBB can provide. Have a good rest of your day.
