      I would never bring my dog here again. My dog is often neglected in *************************. My dog was howling and howling from anxiety and fear which I heard from almost a block away as I was picking him up which made me run inside the store thinking something happened. 2 workers ****************** did not even care to see what was wrong with my dog and they were just both on their cell phones as usual paying NO mind to my dog. I had to run inside from half a block away and directly open the gate to grab my dog. They were paying him NO mind. He could have been caught in the cage, been hurt, been stuck in his harness. ANYTHING could have been the reason and they paid him NO mind. My dogs eyes were pink which only happens if he's been under a lot of stress (mind you I only had him there for 4 hours), his eyes were full of tears and he looked so out of it. Not to mention there was dog p*** all over the floor which my dog could have easily ate and got sick since no one had their eyes on him. And no one cleaned the p*** which was a bunch of p*** on the floor. The fact that I pay this company money to watch my dog, it is a shame that my dollars all went to waste when they just left my dog to sit there to be more anxious and pay him no mind. People bring their dogs to the daycare due to various reasons like anxiety, separation anxiety and the fact that NO one paid him no mind while he was crying to me is just unacceptable. Last time I left my dog there for about an hour with ****** and when I picked him up, he had p*** all over his paws and he smelled sooooooo bad. After 1 hour. ****** said it was a hectic day which is not my problem. I will never bring my dog here again. I'm sure that's the reason why the daycare is usually so empty because people are not pleased with the care their dogs receive. There is NO reason why my dogs cries were completely ignored ESPECIALLY when he could have been crying for help. The owner ******** called me and had NO sympathy at all.
